This refund policy applies to Stem Graph (“the Service”), operated by Cable Water Pty Ltd (ABN 89 695 763 538).
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Refunds After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day period, refunds are not generally provided for partially used billing periods. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.
Australian Consumer Law
This refund policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund. If the Service has a minor failure that can be fixed, we will repair or re-supply the Service within a reasonable time. If it is not fixed within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund.
