Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Stem Graph (“the Service”), operated by Cable Water Pty Ltd (ABN 89 695 763 538, ACN 695 763 538) (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Stem Graph is a subscription-based online learning platform for physics and mathematics. We provide adaptive learning tools including knowledge graph navigation, spaced repetition, and parameterised exercises.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • The Service is offered at $49 USD per month.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe and billed monthly.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services repaired or re-supplied if the services fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
